Return Policy:
At NCK Freeze Dried, LLC, we take great pride in delivering unmatched product quality and customer care. Due to the nature of our food items, we maintain strict standards to ensure the authenticity and safety of every product we ship.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or there is a
shipping irregularity (missing or incorrect items).

To file a return claim:
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at nckfd@outlook.com with your order number, description of the problem, and photos of the product and packaging. Please hold onto the packaging and product as they maybe used in the return claim process.

Shipping Policy:
At NCK Freeze Dried, LLC, we take pride in creating small-batch, made-to-order products to ensure optimal quality. Because of this, please allow additional time for processing and fulfillment. Orders are prepared and shipped on a first come, first serve basis.
We currently use standard shipping carriers (such as USPS or UPS) to deliver orders within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing & Shipping Times
Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on order volume and product availability. We do our absolute best fulfilling orders asap.Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout. NCK Freeze Dried, LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Additional Information
NCK Freeze Dried, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
